If you wish to contact us for any grievance regarding our Privacy Policy, you can email your grievance to our grievance officer. The Grievance Officer is appointed in compliance with the applicable laws including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
The Grievance Redressal Committee shall address the issue within 48 hours of the receipt of such complaint and inform the complainant of any action taken. The Grievance Redressal Committee will endeavour their best effort to resolve your issues within thirty days from the date of receipt of your complaint.
Every complaint will be given a complaint ticket so that the complaint can be traced, tracked and for recording the time taken for the redressal of complaint.
